SHIPPING

We can ship to anywhere in the world. Please see our shipping options at checkout. 
When you place an order with us, we aim to dispatch it within 3 working days (often much sooner, and occasionally the same day!).

Shipping options can be reviewed on the order page before completing your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.

 

 

IN STORE RETURNS 

If you need to return an item bought online or in-store, you can do so at any of our stores.

 

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you may return items to any of our stores within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. There is no need to print your email receipt as your purchase is stored on our systems. However, if your transaction cannot be found, you may be asked to show your email receipt via a mobile phone etc as proof of the date of purchase. 

Faulty or defective items may be returned for a refund or exchange up to the equivalent value after the initial 14 day return period, but the business reserves the right to send any such items back to our supplier for inspection, at our cost, to establish the nature of a fault. The business reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer a full or part refund (or exchange for equal value) in the event of an item being found to be faulty.

 

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you may return items in their original condition, to our returns address below within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Please include our returns slip with your item, which is included in your delivery. We'll also refund the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Credit/Debit card payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received, and can take 5-10 working days to for your card provider to credit your account.

PayPal payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received in store, and will usually appear immediately on your account.
